Khalifa Abdur-Raheem was there searching for music distributors for the music he was in the studio recording at the time.           Continued Below...

Ayeesha Abdur-Raheem (then Nannette "Crystal" Thomas) was there hosting a booth for her company, "Woman Power" and, plus searching for. . .

Khalifa briskly walked down the aisles scanning the booths for music distributors.  He was not stopping for anyone except music distributors.  That is, of course, until he saw Nannette.  He stopped and introduced himself.  They exchanged a few insightful words and then he walked away in order to resume his fast-paced search.

As he got 5 steps from her booth, he heard Angels very clearly speak to him, saying, "Go back!!!"  He responded, "No, no, no, I don't want a woman, I want a distributor. I don't have time for a woman right now, besides, I have to finish the recording and she's enough to take up the rest of my life..."  Before he could finish his reasons for not going back, the Angels spoke to him again, only much more insistently and much, much louder this time, "Go Back!"

He was already very happily wrapped up in Holy Wedlock with God and Dolphin Meditation's Executive Producer, Khadijah Abdur-Raheem.   A new woman was not at all on his agenda.  He sensed something irreversible about meeting this woman and attempted, in vain, to flee.  He was quickly collared by the Angels, who stopped him dead in his tracks and ordered him to "put it in reverse" and go back to her.

OK, so they met there on Sunday and exchanged phone numbers.  Over the next three days, they flew head over heels into full realization of who they are to each other.  In the course of  their juicy phone calls, ethereal memories were stirred.  Ancient memories of a time before . . .

They were abducted at light speed by a timeless agent called Sacred Romance.  While sitting there talking on the phone, they were taken back and forth through times of joy and sorrow, in Egypt and Atlantis, when their love had blended and flourished in the garden of intense passion only to crash into misfortune.  Then up to be born again in the Eternal Everlasting Life, with an ever new chance to get it together and to keep it together for the Most High God.

Having entered such a sizzling and wind swept vortex of cherished intimate memories coming back to life between them, the stage was set for the tingly exchange to spill over into the physical side of things through a creative manifestation of the Sacred Romance they had always shared.  So it was that on Tuesday evening, the Angels instructed Khalifa to ask Nannette into the studio for something having to do with the CD's production.  They didn't explain anything other than that he was to invite her to the studio.  She agreed and the next day, she left work and drove to Record Way Studio in Granada Hills, CA to meet Khalifa.

Little did he know that she was destined to record the vocals for the most popular track of the entire CD.  Khalifa later reflected on their meeting, "I never know what God is doing.  I just think I know what He's doing sometimes.  He's full of surprises and it's true - He works in mysterious ways!"

Three days later they were in the studio laying down the tracks for "The Crystal Sea." Two days later, they were married.

Earlier that year, Khalifa and Khadijah had been led to visit the dolphins at -- of all places --  Sea World in San Diego, CA.

The dolphins made telepathic contact with him there and explained things that would change his life forever.

He had been experimenting with recording his flute songs blended with dolphin and whale soundings.

Apparently the interspecies communication between them had crested and was ready to go forward into what was to become Dolphin Meditation.

Khalifa insists that, "... it was my hands, their music...," as he explains that Dolphin Meditation is the result of vibrational impulses transferred through him to the keyboard.

He had been taken into an experience one evening where the dolphins entered his meditation and tied him with them "psychotronically" to the circuits of his Korg Wave Station synthesizer and to the computer which the Korg was connected to.

Khalifa explains that the dolphins' language is a universally recognized system of vibrational patterns which translated into words inside the attunement to their frequency which he was given.

"I could hear the dolphins *speaking* in their way, as I lay there and allowed them to take me with them into the circuitry of the keyboard and the computer and through the connecting wires between them.

"It was so beautiful. They said, 'Hmmm, wave station, vibrations, impulse modulators...' ."  Khalifa recounts, "They absolutely 'loved' the circuitry and they were playing and laughing inside the keyboard the same way they laugh and play in the ocean.

It was an incredible experience when they fused the electrical impulses of my nervous system  with the impulses of the keyboard and the computer.  If anyone says that they don't believe me, I just smile, because I was there and it actually happened just like I'm telling it!"

Later, on a full moon night, Khalifa and Baby Ji (who would later sing on the title track "N' Crease R' Peace"), sat in prayerful discussion in the studio as he received a prompting to approach the keyboard.

He stood over it, closed his eyes and his hands were moved gently towards the settings and then the  keys.

"The dolphins had already picked out the sounds they wanted to use and all I had to do was stand there and allow the intuitive flow of their impulse to move my hands gently and slowly like a calm breeze that swept through my body."

After a few adjustments, and testing of Khalifa's wireless intuitive connection to the dolphins, he was instructed to turn on the recorder.

What came through didn't seem to be anywise notable to Khalifa, but Baby Ji, had drifted away during the music.   When she came back later, she commented, "While visions of other worlds danced in their head."    When Khadijah heard it, she said that the recording was monumental and that it produced what she called "automatic meditation."  This track, "Inner Doors To Other Worlds" began the one year long recording of what was to become the CD, Dolphin Meditation.

Ayeesha, meanwhile, had been praying for reunion with her mate and had seen Khalifa in a meditation. Upon their meeting, she was informed by Spirit guides whom she affectionately called the "Crew," that this man was indeed her husband.

Ayeesha never thought of herself as a singer.  For the vocal stylings on the third track of the CD, Khalifa knew exactly what was needed to free her voice and set the proper tone.  While in the studio, he dimmed the lights, lit a candle and some incense, and led Ayeesha in prayer.   Together, in prayer, they joined with the heavenly vibrations.  Ayeesha was taken by Spirit into trance and the energies of Egyptian Goddess Isis streamed through her to sing the hauntingly gentle mermaid song that weaves a journey, beckoning the traveler to move across "The Crystal Sea."

Dolphin Meditation is the artists' first recording project. They are pleased with the very warm reception which Dolphin Meditation has received and are grateful to have been used by the dolphins to deliver some much needed healing energy into the world.
